WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order is 24 pieces. If you wanted only 12 shirts, the price per shirt for 12 would add up the same as if you got 24 shirts. That is because it takes the same amount of time and labor to prepare the artwork for screen printing, produce the film, coat and burn the screens, and set up the press for 12 shirts or 24 shirts, or even 100 shirts.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?
Up to 6 colors per print location.

 

HOW BIG OF AN IMAGE CAN YOU PRINT ON A SHIRT?
Our maximum print area is 14" by 21.5" inches per side for t-shirts. Most t-shirt images are 10" to 11" across the chest, however it's up to you to decide how big you want your graphics to be, and your artwork should be created to that size.

 

WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE TURNAROUND?
Our turnaround time will always vary based on our current workload. Average turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This is based on average workload throughout the year, as some times tend to be busier than other. When things slow down it can be as fast as 5 days! If you need an order within a certain time frame send us an e-mail and we'll see what we can do.

 

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES?
Yes, although additional charges will apply. Keep in mind that rush orders must first be approved by us prior to being processed. In extreme circumstances we may be forced to refuse rush orders based on our current workload and needed turnaround time. These rush charges are determined by the quantity and the demands of the order.

 

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING?
No, the prices listed on our pricing page are for only the items specified and do not include any applicable setup fees or shipping charges.

 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping cost for t-shirts is based on the quantity of t-shirts (the weight), and your zipcode (the distance the shirts must travel to your location).
For a shipping cost quote please e-mail us your postal zip code and a range of quantities of shirts you may be interested in getting. We will gladly give an accurate shipping cost for you to consider.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on your location.  We can ship either UPS or FedEX, using standard Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight. For an estimated transit time, e-mail us your postal zip code and we will get back to you with that information.

 

I'M IN A TOURING BAND, CAN YOU SHIP SHIRTS TO ME WHILE I'M ON THE ROAD?
Yes we can ship to your band out on the road. In order to avoid lost packages we do recommend that you either ship to someone you know or to a UPS Store. Sometimes shipping directly to venues can be risky. Most "venues" aren't open in the morning when UPS is most likely to make the delivery. This can result in your package being held up in shipping limbo and makes it really difficult for us to help out because we're not physically there to re-ship it.  But we will ship it to wherever you’d like, but we are not responsible for someone being there on the other end to receive it, that is on you.  UPS Stores charge a $5.00 fee for each box they hold for pickup. This is a small price to pay for a level of security that comes from knowing your shirts will be there when they're supposed to be.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept nearly all forms of payment. Among those are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, checks, and money orders. If you're going to be coming in person then cash is ok too!
The only thing to keep in mind, is that if you plan on using Paypal or any of the Credit Cards, we do charge a 3% processing fee.
